Blackpool Conference

5-8th May 2010

Fellow Tablers,

Have we got a treat for you at Blackpool 2011! Not only are we keeping the £199 two night package but you can decide to come along for the Thursday for only £50 more. This great value three night deal includes the first night party in Funny Girls, Blackpool’s most eye-widening attraction. It’s gonna be a great night out and is going to kick start a fabulous weekend.

The Imperial Hotel will be the centre of all things Friday & Saturday, hosting all the parties and meetings too. We have a 20% discount on the bar prices so we know where to find you at all hours. This 4 star hotel is larger than the 2010 HQ and right on the seafront. Of course it has leisure facilities and is a short walk from the Blackpool Tower and the bars and restaurants of the town, you can even take the tram downtown.

We fully expect The Imperial Hotel to be sold out within ONE MONTH and this hotel is reserved for the three night packages. We also have the Hilton 4 star, which is next door to the Imperial. Those choosing the two night package will be in The Hilton.

Friday night we want you to get out the old school blazer and tie. The pleated skirts, pony tails and get into town for a great time in the bars and restaurants, then after 9.00pm come back for the Skool Dayz Fancy Dress Party. There will be a whole night’s entertainment from our lost youth.

The National AGMs are on the Saturday and are in the Imperial Hotel. We recommend you can book the Express Lunch (must be pre-booked). This will be a hot buffet and alcoholic drink served promptly so delegates can get back to work without the fuss of waiting for food.

Saturday night is the Banquet and Ball set in the superb dining rooms and the Presidents of Round Table and Ladies Circle will hand over their chains of office then. Then the doors will swing open and the party will rock the joint. The first 380 to book will be in the 1st Dining Room – there is a 2nd dining room for later bookings. Book Today!

Blackpool’s train station has good links to the East & West mainlines. It is less than an hour to Manchester Airport and Liverpool is closer still. Blackpool is also very close to the M6.

Book in now to get the best accommodation! There’s no doubt that the party for 2011 will be Blackpool Conference.

Yours in Table
